We are very excited about the August opening of our fourth Nookies location right at the heart of the historic district of Edgewater. This project has taken a long time to come to fruition and we are very proud of it. It represents a definitive upgrade of our concept, featuring modern, sophisticated interiors, in an all brand new construction with plenty of natural light and warm colors. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen and a full service liquor, juice and espresso bar. The dinner menu has been expanded to include a focus on slow roasting and in-house smoking together with updated renditions of classics and farm-to-table seasonal offerings. All in all, we are sure to set a new standard of excellence among neighborhood family restaurants open for breakfast lunch and dinner anywhere in Chicago. But we need good people to work with us.
